Audio Quality:
There are two options of audio on this Blu-ray, LPCM 5.1 Uncompressed and Dolby Digital 5.1, both of which are of pristine quality. The audio quality is so good in some of the scenes, especially the title credits, that you almost feel it's live. Prasad EFX effort on audio can be seen easily. The audio quality is on par with Hollywood Blu-ray releases. Buy this Blu-ray; it will definitely give your speakers a good workout.
Picture Quality:
The picture quality of this blu-ray is spectacular, well most of it. The 'Bhairava Kona' is breathtaking on high definition. There are some cons though, there some shots, about eight, which suffer with Aspect Ratio issues. But all these shots were less than two seconds in length. The horse saving scene and the hundred men fight sequence are, especially, great on high definition. The end credits are also fun to watch
Others:
The Blu-ray packaging is adequate. I liked the shiny/sparky front cover but the back was bad. I did not like the font they used for the description of the Blu-ray, it reminded me of some cheap DVD. They should have used better font to make it look like a Blu-ray. There are many posters of Magadheera that were fantastic, but the picture Sri Balaji Video used for the front cover (not the one above, it is a cover on top of the Blu-ray) was very adequate. There were no extra features, which was pretty disappointing but any way I am very happy that the Blu-ray is very extravagant, with eye candy visuals and close to live, audio.
Recommendation:
I would definitely recommend everyone to buy this Blu-ray. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
